The Health, Fitness and Wellness is built on the American National Health Education Standards and focuses on building health skills that show students how to create their own paths. Real-world application of health skills provides students with the understanding they need to create an individualized plan for a heathy life. In addition, our sport program includes life skills such as swimming and physical fitness as well as collective sports to build friendship, dynamic teamwork, competitive spirit and resilience like soccer, volleyball and basketball.
