Meaningful participation in today’s modern world requires fluency in the uses of many types of technology. The impact of and ability to manipulate those technologies for living, learning, and working will be the key components of success in the future. Given this context, the knowledge and skills in using or creating ICT are essential for all students to be prepared for personal and civic efficacy in the twenty-first century.
