Through arts at Westview, students develop the skills of generating/problem solving through creating their own works of art, expressing themselves and realizing their own thoughts, ideas and the thoughts and ideas of others through performance-based assessments and work, and the skill of responding and appreciation through responding and sharing appreciation to art work encountered throughout our curriculum. Currently, we offer music as an elective during our taught lessons, and visual art is provided during our extracurricular club times
