ការដឹងគុណនិងសេចក្តីប្រណិបត្តន៍ចំពោះអ្នកមានគុណគឺជាទង្វើមួយដ៏វិសេសវិសាលដែលបុត្រធីតាគ្រប់រូបត្រូវតែប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ជាដរាប។ ដើម្បីចូលរួមអបអរសាទរទិវាគុណម្តាយ ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមក្នុងការបណ្តុះស្មារតីគោរពស្រឡាញ់ និងកត្តញ្ញូចំពោះមាតាដែលជាអ្នកមានគុណ និងជាអ្នកផ្តល់កំណើតដល់បុត្រធីតាគ្រប់រូប សាលាអន្តរជាតិ លើននីង ចាំងហ្គល និងសាលាអន្តរជាតិ វេសវីយូ កម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាលោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ បានផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិតឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សរបស់យើងបានធ្វើគារវកិច្ចប្រណិបត្តន៍ដល់ប្រអប់ជើងរបស់មាតាពួកគេ រួមទាំងការចូលរួមបង្ហាញនូវពាក្យជូនពរ ដល់មាតាគ្រប់រូបក្នុងទិវានេះផងដែរ។ រូបភាពខាងក្រោមនេះក៏បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការសណ្តោសប្រណី និងសេចក្តីមេត្តារបស់មាតាសិស្សានុសិស្សរបស់យើងនៅពេលដែលទទួលបានការគោរពពីបុត្រធីតារបស់ខ្លួន។ ក្នុងឳកាសនេះ សាលាសូមចូលរួមជូនពរដល់មាតាគ្រប់រូប សូមទទួលបាននូវសុខភាពល្អ និងបន្តជាម្លប់ដ៏ត្រជាក់របស់បុត្រធីតាគ្រប់ៗរូប។
Happy Mother’s Day!
Gratitude and devotion to our parents is a great act that every child must adhere to. To celebrate Mother’s Day and to contribute in cultivating a sense of respect, love and gratitude to all mothers who we should be grateful for giving birth to all of us, Westview Cambodian International School and Learning Jungle International school together with our teachers have initiated the idea of showing gratitude by showing respect to their mother, as well as to share poster of wishes to their mother. The pictures below also reflect the generosity and compassion of every mother toward the children when receiving the act of respect from them. On this occasion, the schools would also like to extend our wishes all mothers good health, good fortune and continue to spread the shade of love for your children.

Hang Chuon Naron, minister of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport of Cambodia, to provide the international secondary program.

The academic team of Westview Cambodian International School met up with Mr. Royston Tan, the learning solutions manager of McGraw-Hill Education, a worldwide leading educational publisher from the States, to have an in-depth discussion on the Science Textbooks, selected for Westview Cambodian International School.

We are proud to be the first secondary school in Cambodia using the latest series of Inspire Science textbooks and online access to implement the American Standards of Education. Our selected textbooks are built for Next Generation of Science Standards (NGSS) from USA to help spark students’ interest and empower them to ask more questions, think more critically, and generate innovative ideas. ក្រុមការងារផ្នែកសិក្សាធិការនៃសាលាអន្តរជាតិ វេសវីយូ កម្ពុជា បានជួបប្រជុំជាមួយលោក Royston Tan ប្រធានទទួលបន្ទុកផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយលើការសិក្សានៃក្រុមហ៊ុន McGraw-Hill Education ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនបោះពុម្ព និងចែកចាយសៀវភៅសិក្សាឈានមុខគេកម្រិតពិភពលោក នៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលម្អិតទៅលើសៀវភៅសិក្សាសម្រាប់មុខវិជ្ជាវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ ដែលសាលាអន្តរជាតិ វេសវីយូ កម្ពុជា បានសម្រេចជ្រើសរើសដាក់ឱ្យសិស្សសិក្សា។

Greeting, everyone! My name is Betina Fuentes, the Program Coordinator at Westview Cambodian International School. I have received Master’s Degree in Education from the USA, and I am a certified teacher who has taught middle school and high school classes for the past eleven years. I am glad to be a part of Westview Cambodian International School since the school has well-qualified staff and faculty to ensure success in implementing the American Common Core Curriculum. Additionally, the superior facilities at the school enable students to conduct research and learn with the latest technology. My ultimate goal at Westview Cambodian International School is to closely work with teachers and students in order to facilitate success in the secondary program that results in university enrollment either here or abroad.

Westview Cambodian International School was honored to have our leadership team be invited to attend the accreditation workshop organized by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC). The workshop took place in Bangkok, Thailand on March 20, 2019 and was attended by school leaders and principals from many well-established international schools from different countries all over the world such as Japan, China, Thailand, South Korea, and Myanmar to just name a few.

ACS WASC is a world-renowned accrediting association and one of the six regional accrediting agencies in the United States. Currently, it extends its service to over 5,000 schools across the globe. ACS WASC accreditation is a process schools use to monitor student learning and to set school improvement goals. ACS WASC accreditation is an ongoing cycle of quality. Schools will be assessed on their program and the impact on student learning with respect to the ACS WASC criteria.

The accreditation workshop was conducted and led by Dr. Marilyn S. George, executive vice president of ACS WASC. It was a very interesting event providing us useful insights and practical learning experiences from top international schools around the globe to improve the student learning outcome. At Westview, we are committed to quality excellence for our learners and are in the process of fulfilling the requirements to apply for the accreditation from ACS WASC.

Westview Cambodian International School accepts enrollment from now until classes commence in early August 2019.

Westview Cambodian International School’s Second Campus:

In response to the tremendous support from parents and the continued growing demand for quality international secondary education, the leadership team of Westview Cambodian International School has planned the construction of another new and bigger campus, located next to Borey Arata Garden Residences and only 5 minutes away from Aeon Mall II (Sen Sok City).

Built on more than 10,000 square meters of land, Westview’s new campus can accommodate more than 1000 students and will have a modern design with well-equipped, cutting edge facilities to meet the requirements of a rigorous curriculum and extra curricular activities.  The campus will be a place where students can feel safe, welcomed, and relaxed so that they can continue to develop and grow into responsible global citizens.

The building of this new campus to be ready for use by the end of 2021 is another example of the strong commitment from the Westview Leadership team to keep improving the teaching facilities and the quality of teaching for its students.  They want to ensure that Westview Cambodian International School stays among the top international schools in the region.
